Análisis de parques industriales de la provincia Entre Ríos : gestión de operaciones y logística

Abstract

En el presente trabajo se pretende explicar el porque de la radicacion de empresas en los parques industriales de la provincia de Entre Rios. Tiene como objetivos por un lado analizar la ley de promocion industrial de la provincia de Entre Rios a fin de poder determinar las ventajas de la radicacion de firmas en parques industriales sobre zonas industriales que no ingresen en esta categoria. Por otro lado, se pretende caracterizar y describir el estado de los parques industriales de la provincia. Lo anterior ser realizará mediante el analisis de la ley N°: 10.204 de Entre Rios, y se relevará las firmas radicadas en los parques industriales de Paraná, Crespo, Concordia, Concepcion del Uruguay y Gualeguaychú, a fin de obtener datos de rubros de mayor importancia y tamaños estimados de las mismas. Esto es para determinar que factor de atractividad poseen los parques basado en las ventajas posicionales que pueden conseguir las firmas por posicionarse en ese lugar y no otro, de hecho, las principales leyes de promoción de distritos, áreas y parques industriales destacan por el impulso de ventajas en el valor de los terrenos y principalmente a nivel tributario. A tal fin, se realizará un análisis de los servicios ofrecidos por cada parque antes nombrado y las distancias relativas a los mayores centros de consumo a fin de poder establecer una tabla de comparacion de los mismos a nivel logistico, ventajas impositivas y servicios. Si bien no se ha concluido el trabajo, se puede adelantar que de la muestra de parques industriales se cuenta con 180 empresas distribuidas de la siguiente forma Crespo 36,11%, Gualeguaychú 17,22%, Parana 16,67%, Concordia 16,11%, Concepcion del Uruguay 13,89%. Siendo los que cuentan con más prestaciones Crespo y Concordia con 21 servicios cada uno.

In the present work it is tried to explain the reason for the establishment of companies in the industrial parks of the province of Entre Rios.
